Why: Since the beginning of season 5 Formula E Team DS Techeetah has integrated an NKrush team member into their race team as they did not have our level of experience or expertise within their in-house employees. NKrush headed up their account management and hospitality management functions, working closely with principal partner, DS Automobiles, and other team partners to facilitate their global hospitality programmes. This ensured that both partners and their guests received a premium experience.

How: NKrush took on the planning, organisation and execution of the DS Techeetah guest programme for the entire race season: creating and distributing comms and collateral to team partners and guests prior to and throughout the season. We developed and ran a guest hospitality app which provided updated and critical information for guests attending each race and worked closely with the wider commercial team to provide support in other areas. NKrush provided garage tours plus VIP guest hosting and guest liaison to the Formula E team, working with all partners who have guests at the race event. In short, an in-house concierge service to race attendees.

Result: Through years of experience working at a high level set by the company, NKrush fulfill these programmes effortlessly and the model of members of our staff being incorporated into teams is a request we receive more and more.
